IANAL but IMHO any disclaimer that says "This e-mail is intended solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed." is a waste of electrons. I only receive e-mails addressed to me. Therefore it must have been intended for me

"If you are not the intended recipient of this e-mail" only the sender knows that

"please destroy and delete the message and attachments from your system." Easier said than done; I can delete e-mails from my pc, but my IT department stores copies of all incoming e-mails. What am I supposed to do? I have no access to their store, or to that of my ISP etc., etc.

LOL @ "you must delete this message immediately and advise the sender that you received it in error." So you make me pay to download an unsolicited e-mail, and then you want me to pay again to inform you that you made a mistake Dream on.

Most disclaimers are legal babble that is unenforceable, and a pointless waste of bandwidth.
