If security is your focus, then do this:
1. Remove all trace of IIS, damn it to hell, stamp on the source CDs.
2. Install Apache
Job done! (Seriously). Of course, you can still fsck up an Apache install and have that as insecure as anything you like, but I assume some clue.

If only life was that easy !
Its for a client , and they must , most definatly , most supremly (?) no questions asked , must definatly have IIS5. Unfortunatly.
