Ive had a prob like that over the past week or so, the connection has gone down 3 or 4 times and the only way to sort it is by reseting the modem. Dont know why this has started happening, bit of a pain in the ***

i went to the by site, but nothing listed, so i decided to click their complaints button...you guessed it ..it lost connection and wouldn't reconnect.
So i've not really used it much this weekend, but touch wood it seems fine at the moment, been on' tinternet 'bout a hour or so now with no foul ups.
Thanks for your replys,
eddie

Does say somewhere on the blueyonder web site that your cable modem will be reset as part of the upgrade and hence the connection dropped.
Not done mine yet, well not that I've noticed.

Mine the 1Mb line (now obviously 1.5 )
That speed test was done whilst FTP'ing to my Xbox, whilst one of the kids was playing Call of Duty online (on his own PC)
