Question Internet Explorer error

I keep getting this error message in internet explorer and then it shuts the program down

Runtime Error!
Program:C:\program files\internet explorer\iexplorer.exe
Abnormal prgram termination
Any ideas what i can do to stop this??

your computer might be infected with a SubSeven Trojan virus.

Check your virus scanner and update the definitions then see if you can get a fix.

If it *is* subseven as Chris says, this can be very difficult to remove. This virus came out in 1999, which means either your AV is rubbish or it's REALLY old!

it is really crap!
I just don't have enough money to buy a decent one but maybe I should just buy Norton Anti Virus and put it onto my credit card!

For goodness sakes don't buy Norton, McAfee only costs about £25. You could also consider Panda.
