I have about 20-25 non-sequential usernames and passwords in my head. I use mnemonics to remember so "**** was nice. Her face wasn't!" may help me remember "4wn.Hfw!"

Can't remember my own phone number but do have approx 25 - 30 username/password combos in my head.
A few others are generated from a one time cypher system, but you need a passwrd to access that.
Cheers

i must admit i was expecting a higher tec answer,
i already use pen and paper but as it seems i get more and more passwords to remember i thought there would be a computer solution.
this reminds me of the NASA story, they spend tons of cash to develop a space pen and the russians just used a pencil

I think wat you are asking for is useful apps to store them in.
Have a look at http://sourceforge.net/projects/passwordsafe/ or http://www.cygnusproductions.com/ for a couple of useful tools.
Remember however - they are both only as good as the passphrase you use as the key to encrpt the data. Make it a long password with mixed case, charecters, numbers and possibly with un-printable charecters.
