Need a good contact in a good IT recruitment company dealing with the east midlands area to help me find a better job ... any recommendations?

There arent any - all sharks - all dont care about you one iotta
You'll be put forward for any onld job - as long as your cv matches they'll send it.. regardless of what your after..
Very very sad at the mo how low they will go at the mo with a small market...
