Had the incredimail add on, but when I got rid of it it has given me problems.
Where can I find a clean install of outlook and how do I restore it back into Microsoft Office in program Files?
This is doing my nut in!!!

Outlook comes as part of Microsoft Office. If you have the Office CD(s), go to control panel > add remove programs > click Microsoft office, which will start the installer, select the Repair option.
