Talking

Controlo panel
internet options
programs
then make sure Outlook Express is selected as the default mail

then open Outlook, tools, accounts, properties and make sure you have the correct adress in for Btinternet-probably pop3.btinternet.com/co.uk.
Then check under servers and make sure you have the correct info in for pop3 again and also smtp.btinternet.com/co.uk etc and your user name and password are keyed in.

If that doesnt work you need someone to help at home!!

Gastro,

Do you find BTinternet slow? I am using the anytime option and it can be a real pain being chronically slow for a few minutes and the O.K the next.
