Help - Adware, I'm under attack.........

Anyone point me at something I can download to get rid of the files/programs causing this. I already run Zonealarm but they've sneaked through. I tried Adaware and something else but both req you to purchase an upgrade before they'd delete the files they'd identified as causing the problem.
