I've got a problem with pop unders - someone has suggested it may be adware but all the stuff I've run so far hasn't fixed it (norton, ad-aware, bunch of other stuff found on the net)

It wouldn't be such a problem if it was only when I was using IE but as my connection is 'always on' I go out and come back to find a load of pop unders

Any ideas on how to remove the adware (or what else the problem might be)?

Obviously free software would be prefered but if I've got to go out and pay for something, if it stops the problem............

Also how do I stop them in the future?
They mainly advertise things like PC World and 888.com - both sites that I use - could the problem be coming from these?

there is some good programs on there too so fully read asap !.

i am a IT Supoort Engineer who deals with this everyday well i did before i got laid off due to lack of work grrr maybe i was to good at stopping pc from going wrong !!!.

so anybody know of any jobs in staffordshire ??. let me know i have my cv ready !! haha hint hint.... .

the best thing you can do now is =

download hijack & do a log & post it on the web site i gave you so some nice folk/s can check your start up programs & reg to see what else you can wipe or remove off your pc.

if you are about stoke on trent i will help you more as i can nip yours.

i am sorting some real remote software out not windows or vnc based now so i can remote peoples pc's.... .
