I won't get mine until monday due to all my orders from play.com taking about 3 working days to arrive (although I did preorder it 4 months ago) So I'll let you know my views then.

Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes!!!
Bought it yesterday, and was playing it til 6am last night after our big night out.
It really is quite special, and an amzing game to play. Luckily they haven't changed the handling from CMR2, but now the graphics are unreal. Excellent, and gets 9.5/10 from me.
Now the best bit. Bought it from WH Smith in Skipton, Yorks. They are doing buy 1 PS2 game, get one half price, so I bought CMR3 and Pro Evo Soccer 2 which should have been £60 for 2 (RRP £80). Gets to the counter, and the girl says for today only if I buy a Yorkshire Post paper for 50p I get another 10% off, so got both games for £54.42 - I love a good bargain.

Got mine on Friday
Utterly brilliant Love the damage effects and the graphics are second to none.
CMR1 was IMO the best of the originals, this takes it to a new level.
Tried V Rally as well, thought it was poor, gameplay and physics no good.
World Rally Championship was better, but CMR3 has to be the best yet.
LOL, anyone else managed to loose bonnet, bootlid, one door and two front wheels

Managed to lose the front wheels too Totally immobilised
Could just about reverse but going forward was a no-no.
One nice touch is that you can just fly off course and drive around to your hearts content, smashing your car up

Lost the bonnet so far. Was in a really woody bit full of trees, goes over a bump and bonnet starts to lift. Lifts half way and I somehow get through the trees without being able to see.
Great game, not sure why people are moaning about the car "steering from the middle" though. All CMR games have done that - its what makes it feel so realistic.
Just started the Swedish stages - can be tough with all the snow coming at you. Bit gutted there is no Italy in there though, and the championship only seems to go up to Sweden, though I think Greece and UK may come next.

Yeh Greece n UK come in the sparco season 2 and 3 rallies after the 1st championship. The UK stages are tough esp thru the trees! I played it all weekend 24/7, totally knackered my thumb This game is feckin superb! Its noticeably harder than cmr2, mainly due to alot of rallies being narrow, but once u get it, its awesome. I found that the analog stick just wouldnt cut it thou, too slow a response, kept going sideways and not bein able to correct quick enough. So used the direction buttons instead. Using the manual gears makes it awesome but alot harder. All fingers n thumbs This game would be best with a joystick The incar stuff is just fantastic, then u get the snow n rain effects, awesome! I did badly after the 1st championship ie season 2 and 3 on the sparco rallies. Im not sure if it ended as I was only 6th overall in season 3, or if that actually is the end? If it is, thats a bit disappointing. I had a ranking of A, whatever that means? Anyway I will do another career now I'm good at it. Also Sweden was a bit disappointing as there wasnt a nice big frozen lake like in cmr2 to blast around. The tarmac rallies are fantastic, real speed improvements over cmr2. Also of course would be nice to drive any car in championship mode, dunno y they took that out. So far Ive unlocked a Metro 6R4 and a banana yellow Evo VII
Tip; practise each rally from the stages option. Before starting a career.
Anyway overall this is a superb game. 9/10 from me. Buy it if u havent already.
ed. to say u can do proper donuts now. The car spins around on the spot as it should, whereas it doesnt so well in cmr2. Its a nice way of seeing the front of the car ingame rather than in replay
oh yeh! if u knock the drivers side door off, n spin it around a bit, u can actually see colins foot pumping the accelerator! and I like the way u even see the harnesses when the rear window gets knocked out, and the way the passengers move around over bumps etc, the detail is wicked

I got it on the X box last Friday. I dont quite know why, but it hasnt quite grabbed my attention like the other 2 versions, i didnt know quite what to expect but it does seem the same somehow, just better graphics.
Also i dont seem to be able to get the hang of using the X Box controller after being used to playing WRC on PS2
I think i need to play it some more
