i am using frontpage, my web hosting support frontpage extension, but also support CGI and mailform.
i wanna add a text form on a webpage so that people can enter their name, email and question. nothing fancy, pretty standard stuff. can the filed info be send to my email address? how do i do it?

you can, with browsers like IE4+ and NS4+, use a form that submits via email by setting the action to be "mailto:you@yourdomain.com" and the form will be emailed to you automatically, providing people have IE set up correctly
mailform scripts will vary from ISP to ISP. Without wishing to state the bleedin' obvious, check your ISP for a simple example?

dont wanna use mailto: coz not very usable when user use it at internet cafe, etc.
i did have a looked at the ISP on CGI, but does frontpage has it's own "mailform.pl"?

The Mailform script resides in your cgi-bin directory, reference the script in the action tag of your HTML form as illustrated below:
