I am doing the DBA track, anybody already got it ?

Any thoughts ?

I'd be interested in the answer too. I've been waiting for my company to shell out for the DBA track towards OCP certification - think I'll be waiting for ever.

I was on a Citrix course last week and the other chaps were mostly Microsoft Certified Professionals (or whatever it's called). They said that for the MCP it was more important to have the experience than the certificate nowadays. Don't know if it will be the same for Oracle... I ask cos I am about to take my second attempt at the PL/SQL exam, I didnt do enough revision for the first attempt (too busy) but this time I am spending a lot of time on it and am a lot more confident.

It isnt an easy option even for seasoned Oracle bods (which im not)

I am motivated now cos £40 an hour beckons !
