i wanna add a text form on a webpage so that people can enter their name, email and question. nothing fancy, pretty standard stuff. can the filed info be send to my email address? how do i do it?

you can, with browsers like IE4+ and NS4+, use a form that submits via email by setting the action to be "mailto:you@yourdomain.com" and the form will be emailed to you automatically, providing people have IE set up correctly ;)

mailform scripts will vary from ISP to ISP. Without wishing to state the bleedin' obvious, check your ISP for a simple example?

dont wanna use mailto: coz not very usable when user use it at internet cafe, etc.

i did have a looked at the ISP on CGI, but does frontpage has it's own "mailform.pl"?

Post the script up here, or a link to it, and I'll tell you how to use it...

this is the bits of info from the web hosting company...

The Mailform script resides in your cgi-bin directory, reference the script in the action tag of your HTML form as illustrated below:

<form method="post" action="/cgi-bin/mailform.pl">
