you want a modem/router or just a router?

for a modem/router, check out www.dabs.com, quicklinx code 17P8WS.

for a router only, check out www.seg.co.uk for the draytek vigor 2200.

Thumbs up

then the modem/router from www.dabs.com will suit you. got a built-in 4-port as well.

(you might wanna checkout netgear modem/router DG814 at www.netgear.co.uk too)

Am looking at the draytek Vigor 2600, which is router, firewall, and 4 port hub, plus the ADSL line plugs in the back, which is what you want cos If I read right you're getting shot of the alcatel modem, if you are keeping the modem then as mentioned the Vigor 2200 USB will do you.

problem with the 2600 is its not released yet, so i can't get ADSL yet

Cool

if i were to get adsl, the draytek vigor 2600 with wireless would be ideal. unfortunately i cant afford anything, so sticking with dial-up.
