Smile Some pics of my first detail on my uk turbo

Hi just wanted to share a few pics of my hard days graft
Heres a list of what i used

arches cleaned with megs super degreaser
wheels cleaned with a megs wheel stuff cant recall name
super snow foam using gilmour foamaster
washed with poorboys super slick and suds and lambswool mitt (2 bucket method)
meguiars quick clay system
mezerna intensive polish applied with german applicator pad
then onto the jeffs acrylic kit
wheels sealed with poorboys w.sealant
tyres treated with megs endurance tyre gel
black trim done using megs trim restorer

i have to say i was very impressed with the jeffs system and highly recommend it.
also id like to give a big thanks to pb for there amazing service

i spent a total of 5hrs on the job my arm ached like hell but it has transformed my car
will soon be moving onto the interior and engine bay to get those sorted out too.

the wheels are inovite st vi, i think they may be based on a rays design

Stunning job by hand … car looks great and really suites that colour combo ( I want I green Scooby never thought I would say that )

nice job!
...thought my car looked a good after ther first time I clayed it and then used meguiars tech wax. it took 5hrs to clay it properly and the two coats of wax took me about 45mins. now i'm at that stage (ie much easier to clean it properly these days), i may give more consideration to proper detailing

how did you do all that in 5hrs? that would have took me a day all day lol, well done looks great mate....

the claying didnt take as long as i thought it wasnt as heavily soiled like the last two scoobys i had. also luckily i had a full day off with no interuptions which always helps im very pleased with the way it turned out gives you a sense of acheivement specially when you are new to all this.and from what ive read finish will only get better the more coats of jeffs i build up on it
yeasterday i did the engine bay and i just ordered some more products from pb for the interior

Bloody hell! That's a blinding finish, dripping wet with flake pop, and great condition paint too judging from the flash shots. Nice one, cheers for sharing!

wow thanks pb !!! coming from you those comments mean a lot looking forward to the interior stuff arriving which was quickly sorted by you this morning.
