Why is it when you log a complaint nobody from SN replies?

Complained to SN that somebody on here sold me an item 4 months ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I asked if they could freeze the member's account till they made contact, but so far diddly squat.

It's not an expensive item but they seem to feel that's it's ok to sha*t me

Sorry to hear that Mark, there seem to be some pretty tw*tish people out there.

I'm sure one of the mods will reply to your complaint soon. They may be a little hung over but I guess they can't be on the computer all the time!!
