Fanx Neil

Did not think to look there, thought it was all bits and bobs, not the whole deal, and at an unbelevable price.

I was thinking of buying it from a uk dealer.............

Got a good deal from Eurekar such that if Subaru increase the prices of the MY03 by more than 5% over MY02, I have the right to cancel and have a full refund of my deposit.

Which means I've placed my order, and am nice and high up the queue

I cant believe an import 03' STi is 23K??
That is SO cheap..
And a thr WRX @ 17K brand new!?! holy crap..
kind of makes the second hand cars look pricey...
bet all you exisitng owners are seething..
Great for new buyers, bad for current owners wishing to sell..

I remember not so long ago looking at import STi4 for around 28k+..

how times have changed eh?

Well we all Know the impreza is fine metal, BUT
theres a load of competition out there and the stupid group 19 insurance is doing it no favors for us young guys.

(PS, i am 47)

It should not be over 20K! in the uk from a dealer, cos we have been ripped of in the passed.

Ok may be a stupid question but here goes, will the MY03 Impreza WRX STi that emperor will be importing be classed as an import for insurance purposes or due to their "type Euro/UK" description will they be classed as a UK car??

Thanks

A UK car is a UK car. Every other car is an import, regardless of whether it's 'UK spec' or not.

If in doubt about insurance, have a word with you insurers to find out the difference between UK and Import premiums on say an STi7 or current WRX.

Hi I have seen that people are wondering about the new MY03 Impreza's that are supplied by Emperor Imports Ltd. For anyone who would like to know, they are European Union sourced and come supplied to us with a certificate of European conformity. If anyone has any more questions please feel free to contact us.

In my experience, insurance is not an issue as long as it is Eu spec (i.e. power / parts availability is identical to a UK car)

First Contact

I have just e-mailed ian@emperorimports.co.uk, first contact looks very positive with a prompt reply, I do hope we can do bussines in future.

Has anybody else bought anything from them?
