I desisted from commenting on this. In my opinion it is the mark of good mapper to err on the side of caution rather than chase higher power at the expense of reliability. Otherwise we may have people saying so an so is a reckless/incompetent mapper who screwed my car up, oh hang on......

Yes I did. This was Jason's (the originator of Carberry) last word on the subject.

I appreciate you making things right by posting this. Im glad that so many people are interested in running the CarBerry ROM, I just ask that I be accredited for the work done with it. I hope you can continue having positive results while tuning with it under its rightful name.

Thank you

Jason

It was the naming he had an issue with. Not the fact that Andy was using the software, which you allege he stole.

That was the entire point, its like taking ecutek software and calling it myecu then push it as that on your site, yet its actually someone elses software and name and that means they are entitled to royalties, rebranding and pushing as your own.... nah sorry, if it were legit then there would have been absolutely no need to change its name.
That was the issue.

They're not Subaru specialists. Go to to someone who is mate. As Joe says ring around and whoever makes the right noises go with them.
