Henry, but DON'T take the bag out. It's not designed to be used like that and the fine particles in masonry dust will eventually bugger the motor.
Get the professional one and the bag is significantly bigger, besides which unless you are some kind of vacuum perv you'll sweep up if needed first.

Yes, I sweep up, but I either want one without a bag, or one with a reusable cloth bag like a Vax.

I ALWAYS seem to run out of bags, or the supplier does, just as I need one.........

As above, we use a Henry every day, without a bag.
Last one has been going strong for 4+ years, the nozzle on the hose has actually worn away!
Even for home I gave up on Dysons and have a Henry, though do use bags at home, as cleaner when emptying.
