Default Twin turbo to single turbo vaccum line?

I have an Legacy BG5 twin turbo and has just finish converting it into a single turbo system running wrx manifold and turbo. But problem arose with so much vaccum line from the twin turbo system. Can anyone help me on how to go thru changing the vaccum line. Trouble code 45 is currently blinking and stating turbo pressure solenoid. I have also put a turbosmart manual boost control so the standard boost solenoid is block off. Isnt the code 45 the same as the boost solenoid? any help would be appreciated guys thanks in advance
