All clear of fuel lines now
Started on the rear doors today to cut away excess weight ,and came up with a great idea to support the glass in place pics show this.
I re installed the bracket for the window slider, this is the one that carries the wheel mounted on the end of the window,i then drilled a 6mm hole after getting final position of glass so when i placed a bolt in the hole it stopped the window (wheel) from sliding down and bingo perfect fit so will be doing this to the other side tommorow.

Removed the last rear door this morning to cut out finally got the window tint off with a heat gun ,it helped a bit then thinners to wipe away residue
I then set too on the long awaited bulkhead and parcel shelf, firstly made a template out of cardboard then copied onto 2mm black plastic and cut out, nice fit really !
I will fasten these in place when interior has been painted should be getting a primer coat on this weekend i hope if Dave's up for it (fingers crossed) !

Well it all started about 8am for me my job was to remove the doors and mask up ready for primer today ,so no overspray would affect the exterior paint.
Never masked a car before but once i got into it it was quite theraputic !
Anyhow il let the pictures do the talking just want to say a big thank you to dave for coming round since being up since 4am and already done a shift ,to then come to the workshop and do some more for me thanks again another top job just cant wait untill tuesday now to get the final paint on.
It was then time to take the car to another workshop to blow out all the dust and panel wipe the areas to be sprayed.
Then with full coat of primer tried to take a few shots to get full coverage im well pleased with it ,Dave you should do this for a living made it look easy.
Had a great day progress atlast looking forward now to finishing paint then move on to the next stage.

A quick rubdown of primer then a clean down with panel wipe before blowing away any last dust before paint and what an outcome you couldnt get this finish from a tin !
Then onto painting the swaet was pouring of him ....OH bless !
Then we removed the masking and panel wiped any overspray not that theres was much .

Spoiler going on tommorow it's huge !
Back on with the door rubbers and then refit the doors if I have time then swirlpot and fuel pump will be fitted ready to measure AN fittings to order from areoquipe .
330mm k sport front brake kit going on next week as I'm not too busy with work so can get a few jobs done to push it along a bit.
Il post pics tommorow of progress (love Saturdays down the garage).

Firstly i masked off boot ready for marking out fixing points for spoiler brackets 8 holes had to be drilled to fasten them ,i used 6mm s/s bolts so as never to rust.
The spoiler had very poor mounting points so i used a rivet cup with 8mm thread as extra support firstly drilling out to 11mm to crimp lug in place.
8mm bolts have made it very sturdy job done
Had time to refit the doors and clean the glass
I had to cut some of the door trim plastics so they would fit behind cage
