K sports delivered today and im working away so cant open them till friday doh....!

 

but my lad sent me a few pics on his new blackberry









looking forward to fitting these took me an age to save for them.

 

Had a good look at the k sports and if they perform as good as they look il be very happy with this purchase.





also dave came round with the new look spoiler this was a tatty mess when i bought it the main spoiler is CF and was really faded and in a right state ,the spoiler legs were painted black and flaking and the end caps were scratched and flaking too,but after a few hours stripped down and endless pampering this is the finished job im very happy with the look and should go well with the rest of the car when put back together hope you like i do.

A few pics of today's hard graft i need to get the floor pan and interior ready for paint when it gets back from custom cages, so set about with the thinners again and some elbow grease came up a treat:

As in the pic all the residue of glue is left behind but a bit of thinners sorts that out

Started looking at decals for the car and have come up with a cusco design for each side but with CDR motorsport instead of cusco small side graphic in silver larger part in white on mica blue car with white interior should look good.

I got a mate from work to do two stickers for the back wings "simtek" and got a couple free with the ebc blue stuff brake pads i bought also k sport will be in there somewhere too.

 

just a few more stickers arrived today,bit of a lul on the project as im now ready and waiting for CC to pick up the car all hell will break loose once i get it back tho cant wait.

Yes mate please, like the pic you did, but earlier on in the thread i think i posted a picture of the CDR MOTORSPORT truck need that style of writing and flag in silver on the white if possible il try and find it and post a link to it.

Any other ideas you have ?

Never seen blue carbon before anyone enlighten me !

 

Had a good afternoon down the garage today tring to get the car ready for CC.
Another few interior floor panels done just the boot area to finish.

Gave the car a clean aswell it was covered in dust ,bonet going on tommorow even though its not painted yet ,just to cover engine bay while its away for a few weeks.

Have decided on silver interior paint instead of white as iv'e heard whit discolours with heat and sunlight.

 

Well spent my last time down the garage for a couple of weeks cleaning the last bit of residue of all the interior before CC pick the car up on friday and fit the cage.

Fitted alloy bonnet even though its not painted yet just for the journey down there on the back of a trailor,removed the battery and ecu few pics of the day













So after alot of hard work and time removing all the sound deadening its finally ready for cage and interior spray on its return 2 weeks off to find some more parts and some time to watch some racing at cadwell, keep watching for the pics of cage and interior paint.

Like the top pic Rob is there any way of extending the White over rear door and rear quater instead of 3 sqiggly patches
