Hey guys, bit of an update!
I took the car around to one of my mates garages and we had a look and we decided that if was the drop links.
I replaced both the arb and droinks with whiteline bits
However this doesn't too of solved the problem. The noise is not as often or much, but is still there when giving it some welly and when going over potholes and on throttle lift off.
Please guys any more help? I'm now thinking shockers, bit how come it's slightly improved things by changing droplinks and arb?
Please help

because it has taken some of the lift out of the suspension with the uprated white lines mate,it is the shocks without a shadow of doubt, defo as you've changed the arb and links and it still there mate

I would check the strut top nut. The single 19mm in the middle, that holds the damper piston. I had this type of noise coming from my front right. I checked EVERYTHING, just like you...until someone said: Have you re-torqued the damper nut since you fit new dampers - which was 6 months before.

Anyway, the nut could be tightened a smidgen, only something like 20 degrees rotation...and my noise dissappeared :-)

You have NO WAY of replicating the noise. The car has to be moving.

Guys just an update.

finally discovered what was causing the knock this weekend....

after installing BC coilovers, arb, droplinks..... trying to locate this knocking it ended up being the outriggers that go from the diff to the side of the car (just infront of the rear wheels) the metal plate that holds the bushes in had the lip bent up, so when changing gear/going over bumps/accelerating it would cause the metal plate too catch....

just a pointer incase anybody comes across this noise!!

Tom
