Hi,
I will start a new thread but wanted to test the kit first, it somehow leaked into this thread but as soon as we have a result I will post up our findings and costings, on a new thread of course,

Back to the turbo's.

Cheers

Hi Gaffer,

you've a PM.

Amazing the dyno-sheet of your sc46 TS billet on ej20 spec c. What about the boost curve?; can you give me an idea about max and costant boost? your turbo comes already with an upgraded actuator?

What is the A.R. of SC46?

thks

Mad Hammer-

Make sure you register the car for a 'CC' number - RWYB - Street Challenge - Introduction

Clive
You're sitting 2nd right, just behind the skyline?

I'm currently 9th. The more cars that beat me, the more money i'm gonna have to spend and that's not gonna end well lol

Yeah, poor time for my car at the moment (11.2) but that was just a quick test day as I had not driven the car since the Billet was fitted at that time. It was so cold they had to melt the ice and dry the track first Therefore I could not get a start without silly wheelspin (2.1 60ft), so I only ran 2 runs.

I can't make the same day as Mikee as I am on hols but I am planning the 17th of April if anyone else fancies it ?

Quoting the facts Shaun, any need for that comment really
I was only having a laugh at the size/colouring of the decals and was certainly not inferring anything else otherwise. Your suggestive comment never even entered my mind.

I have no issue with ScoobyClinic and their range of turbos or the tests that have been completed.

If I have offended you then I can't apologise enough, as that was certainly not the intent.

Daz,

I only have 400hp, i bet 622 must be great fun. I'd love to see that baby in action!

Thanks Shaun, appreciate the response mate. As Kev said Scoobyclinic are not actually sponsoring me. I wanted to help advertise the range given the results of the 35R billet on my car and the hospitality they showed myself and Paul on our visit.

I really like the look, given the car has turned in to more of a race car I think it has the look too now

Is it this Saturday (27th) you're running at the Pod? Might come along and say hello.

Hi,

all our billet turbo's come with up rated actuators

The exhaust housings on the SC 46 billet TWIN SCROLL are standard housings machined to take our billet cores, however we have a couple for testing with our new custom cast housings which will do away with the need for exchange units

This also means we can fit our SC50 billet and SC54 billet cores in there

Testing time again

cheers
Kev

Hi Kev,

Do you know how your billet twin scroll turbos compare to the Litchfield range. I'm in the market for one soon and I was wondering if there was a big difference.

Hi,
not for me to say, check out the graphs of both turbo's, then take a good look at engine spec.

As mentioned earlier we have two new Twin scroll Billets for testing, our latest casting not only gets rid of the need for exchange turbo's but allows us to fit our BILLET 50 and 54 cores, as stated earlier, testing time again.

cheers

Kev

The graph I found on page 11 was a car running E85 fuel. Have you got any graphs on cars running on v-power only?

Using the VF34 as a base we replaced it with the new SC36 Bilett........

Nice result we think, bearing in mind its on a 2.5 wrx which is now just under the limit of its five speed box

We will test the SC36 Billet on a 2.0 ltr, which is what it was really intended for, however on the above vehicle it is absolutely stunning on the road

A very nice replacement turbo for just £750.00 + vat Trade enquiries welcome.

Cheers
Kev

I can back this up that the car is absolutely stunning on the road, and is like nothing i have ever driving before because it my car . absolutely delighted with the work, the lads in the clinic are brilliant , they know everything there is to know and i wouldnt bring my car anywhere else

Hi,

the newage car like your STI is fitted with a VF35 as standard, its a sleeve bearing version of the VF34, our turbo guys wanted to us to test the new SC 36 Billet against a VF 34 roller bearing turbo as it is this aftermarket unit the SC36 Billet is aimed at.

At just £750.00 + vat we think it is well priced and does the job.

Cheers
