Kev : You are getting good results and making a good contribution to Help For Heroes.

I have gathered oil sump, pickup, headers, uppipe and downpipe as well as the SC50 sent by Kev.
Thanks Harvey. Look forward to your findings for sure.

I should add I also have the appropriate dipstick because I understand that if I use the original dipstick the engine will be overfilled with oil. Can anybody confirm this?

Hi,

as zircotec dealers we can now offer thermal catings at the following prices.

Turbo exhaust housings in performance white £130.00

Turbo exhaust housings in performance colour £150.00

rotated pipe kits in performance white £370.00

rotated pipe kits in performance colour £427.00

All prices + vat.

We strongly recommend the performance colour as it does not mark as easily when installing the parts and if it gets a few oily fingerprints on it they wipe off whereas the performance white tends to absorb oil and the marks left are not as easy to clean up.

cheers

John : You need Zircotec in Tartan as it adds 12.76 bhp

As the Scooby Clinic turbo blankets are slightly cheaper than mine, best get them direct from Scooby Clinic at a good price.

@ harvey.

He's back on form folks! And it's heartening to see.

Damn though. As if it gave me 15.7bhp instead, I'd hit the magical 400! lol

Kev, in SC's experience (from observing on the RR), which turbo intake silicone hoses DEFO DO NOT suck shut?

I'm guessing: Samco, Viper and Perrin? If so, I take it these are all 4/5ply with the embedded steel reinforcing bands, yes?

Hi,

the Perrin ones are great, not seen one of them suck in, they are wire reinforced so our own scoobyclinic ones.

Perrin would be my choice. I've seen Eclipse Performance and Samco hoses sucking shut in the past, never had it on a Perrin hose
