08/09 Hatches, Stand up and show yourselves!!!
loud. Have you looked at the H
& S system? I have a cat back
H&S on my hatch and it sounds
fab :-) and it's a bit cheaper as
well. Also looks nice from the rear. Hope this helps? Cheers Ian

Hi, I have the 2.5inch system, it has better flow over the Pro drive system I had on the car before. I would say the car pulls better and revs cleaner too. My car has the full PPP pack fitted so power is around the 330bhp. I havan't had a re map as yet but think the 2.5inch would be fine for around 360-370 mark. This is based on chats I have had with subaru engine tuners etc I'm well pleased with it. I have had Miltech systems on other cars and the H&S systems are as good in terms of quality. Cheers Ian
On my WRX-S, all the doors unlocked when the button was pressed on the pad, and they all locked again when the car engine was started. On my STi hatch, only the driver's door unlocks when the pad is pressed and no doors lock when the car engine is started. How do I get my STi to operate in the same way as the old hatch ?
Paul for door locking check your book, down the right side of your steering wheel is a panel pull it off to view a keypad
pop in the code for door locking and when u start the car the doors will lock.
As for just drivers lock feature, no idea m8 but if u find out tell me cos i have kids and all be it keyless entry is cool 50% time i gotta get keys out to unlock all doors.
Anybody help us

Thanks Ted, thanks Phil, I'll give it a go tomorrow.
I'm amazed at the fuel comsumption reading on the STi of 28.5 mpg since I got it, considering that it has 330PS. I only managed 27.3 on the previous WRX-S. Having said that, a good percentage of the driving is in I mode. By the way, that S# mode is savage.

You should try one of 400+hp versions, Alan has been running one in for the last 1000 miles and has averaged between 36-37 mpg.

lol.......yeah and im averaging 32mpg even after you playing with my car for 2 weeks and running every different ecutek map you could throw at it. Those 800cc injectors and the average mpg counter do wonders to the car.
Its amazing how economical they are if you poodle them. Keep under 50mph (or so !) and drive gently and I get 34mpg on a tank, but the mpg counter shows 41. But thats more accurate than the 62mpg it showed on the way home from Alan's !!! Ecu needs yet a further tweak to get the mpg a bit more accurate if I was that bothered !!
So it could be that there is a car that is economical when you want + fun when you want !!

Very nice too
Think its nicer with the white roof spoiler.
Crying out for a load of rally decals to finish off the look, but not my taste !!!
Keep it subtle ! (well as subtle as you can with that huge spoiler !!!)
