08/09 Hatches, Stand up and show yourselves!!!
#302
Looking forward to a 2008/09 Hatch STI meet, would love to see what we have all been up to with our cars and what we plan to do to them when we have the cash
Ian Litchfield has said we can meet up at his place if we want, but that could prove to be expensive as he has loads of lovely stuff on sale for the hatch STI

OK how about early August? Gives one more payday to set aside some cash/revive the credit card/whatever and is just before my trackday at Bedford
We could aim for a Saturday - would that work for you guys?
Cheers

Litchfield Meet
Peeps,
Have spoken to Iain (very nice chap) and he is happy for us to clutter up his place for a day.
I suggest we go for Sat 5th September. Does that work for you guys?
If you are looking to get some choice upgrades fitted, picked up or booked in for a fitting later, can you let me know? Reason being that Iain is happy to talk about a discount once he knows what he is looking at.
On that note if you are looking to get that wayward backend sorted out on the day, then shout now as it's a two-three hour job (meaning only a few cars can be worked on, on the actual day). IF you book on the day for a fitting later, the discount will still apply.
So you get to peer at other peoples cars and SAVE cash all at the same time
Can you note down what bits you'd like and if you want them fitted?

Parts
Up-rated rear anti roll bar
Revised steering feel
4 Wheel laser alignment with fast road settings
Revised sub frame and chassis bush kit
Rear anti roll bar mount supports
Anti lift and Caster kit
Labour to install
And I cannot wait to have a car I can trust through the twisty bits when (ahem) pushing on!

Got my burble back today!
Found my burble near the M6 not far from Carlisle
Its only a catback but makes a huge difference to how the car pulls - my type UK doesn't feel asthmatic in the mid-range anymore - and it sounds like a real scooby now
Oh, and +1 on red tail light overlays please Iain
