I do indeed have a derv. On the whole its a nice car. Suffers from the same suspension an steering feel problems as the WRX and STi (its a wrx with a derv block, hence WRXd stickers). The slight under powered feeling is sorted with a cheeky remap, although in reality its not underpowered (258 ft/lbs).

On my 25 mile commute each way I usually see 48 mpg @ 75 mph avg. This morining run was all 55mph hence the high figures.

Always in S# eh?

I myself generally just leave it in S and switch to S# when I want to behave like a loon.

Are you able to make it permanently say in S# then Kyle or do you have to keep selecting it?

No it always defaults to s.. but on a cold start I drive a couple of miles then switch to s#... not to cane it mind you... but the throttle response feels so much better in #.

Hit the boost cut this am... oops... 3 mile uphill dual-carriage way.... WOT in 6th and all hell let lose at ah-hem mph..... CEL and all sorts of fairy lights on the dash... even went into i-mode for the remainder of the journey...

Dunc had set boost cut at 1.45 for safety ... obviously it just spiked over because it never got anywhere close before (usually 1.3 max)...warmer temp and continual WOT loading I assume..anyway, re-set the ecu now and all 100% again...

21.9, 22.4 or similar mpg my usual averages, I again use S# as the car is so much sharper to respond, don't boot it to red line but do 50% driving in villages / towns and rest A roads / dual carriageways ...

Can you put S# throttle map / all map data over the S, and make a manic S# map for ultimate performance???

I heard that the ecu can have other features such as flat shifting and launch control, is that right, maybe an ECU feature or ECUTek have developed or a work around??

Thanks

S# has to be the default setting
Just be sensitive with the right foot. Still get 28-30mpg per tank but that may be because there is virtually no town driving.
