My best is 06:12:56 after about 5 attempts with no crashing into any barriers. I can't believe these guys are now at 5:55!!!

Eventually got my time down to 6:05.34 - no jumping (could probably go a second or two quicker)!
I'm not sure using the barriers helps at all; If you get the hairpin right you can flick the car into a slide and get the right exit line without having to brake (or lift-off) or use the barriers (only the first hairpin on stage two do you have to brake slightly)

I was on 6:10 for ages. I found that I improved after learning the whole stage and then thinking two corners ahead - you end up taking completely different lines into corners. Also try not to slide the car - apart from at hairpins.

Will try jumping hairpins tonight - not that I agree with it!!
