Similar to the Spec D yes, but the Spec D has a different spoiler, gold brembos, a load of halfords style interior addon bits 
, slightly different badging on the sides.
This is a spec D:
The US had 800 of the STI Limiteds, only available in White and Urban Grey. In the UK there were only 25, but in a wider range of colours, I think with 5 or 6 dealers getting them all.

Basically there are 3 very very similar cars: spec D, JDM A-line and the Limited.

Thought the wheels were the same. Brembos painted a different colour also.
The USDM limited also got heated seats, sunroof, and auto dimming rear view mirror.
I dont know that the Limited spoiler is any better than the one on the spec d. I like the Limited spoiler, but might well replace it with a spec-c carbon or S204 style one...will involve drilling new holes and filling the ones left behind though :/

im quite lucky i think,i have an old vw camper with a scooby turbo ,not many see that one coming
