It's all fallen through.

 

The vendor already has a house sorted through their work and they are moving on August 21st. If it doesn't sell then they will rent. So far they have one person wanting to rent and one to buy.

Thing is the buying guy is not in a chain but neither are we because we are actually better off renting our old house (figures to prove it) and he is offering the asking price. We are too so we have no advantage over him. We literally had to confirm if we were interested or not last night because they were goning to accept his offer within a few hours.

I know it was a stupidly short time to decide but Dee felt it was all too rushed and we couldn't agree on it so despite us both loving the house to bits we were forced to walk away

 

wise decision not to rush, good possibility that they were making it up trying to get a quick decision, first house many years back we went to see, the owners said so are you putting an offer in this afternoon with the agent. They were midgets so we told them no

saying that, with our new house, for the size of it and for the cost we couldnt go wrong sowe did it. Unfotunately it was before the market has crashed but luckily it is still worth more at present than what we paid.
