Actually I've pretty much been stopped around the South coast, not just Dorset. Well of course there was the time I got stopped in France and I offered to pay my fine by credit car - they eventually gave up and let me off

I do however totally agree that Dorset drivers are a nightmare. The worse being if you need to change lanes, they just wont let you in willingly even if you give them 500 yard indication of your intentions. Ends up going into confrontation. Dorset drivers have absolutely no lane displine either.
When I drive in London or around Birmingham (which aint to often to be honest) the drivers seem so much better.
Anynow, thats my rant on Dorset. Good place to live though...
