LOL I know I make a lot of mistakes, trails. I also know that people are very tolerant here, as all we do is chat informally. I've had to be spot on in my academic work and get other academics to help me to proof read etc. There's one medical doctor professor who so encouraged me with saying to me- "Hey, it's the quality of your idea that counts. Many researchers have been foreigners, good in their own language but they've contributed fantastically to the Western World where English language dominates". It was kind of him. Even then, I know that I have to be clear and concise at my work related and academic stuff.
Not that bothered here, as it's only informal chit-chat we do here. But even then, I try my best to put it properly. I still apologise to the ones who I unintentionally offend with my mistakes. I'll continue to make it better, I promise.
In the same light, I'd like to support people with issues (valid ones only) that they need not refrain from expressing themselves. There're spell checkers and proof reading software on internet these days. They can utilise such things, and continue to post. They need not feel that they can't, because they're being picked on.
You're absolutely right there. Attitude has a lot to answer.

I actually had a smiley on the post but when I previewed it I thought it looked cheeky so I deleted it.
With all the crap that goes on in the world, who cares about the odd spelling mistake? It is kinda funny to rib those who do care when they inevitably slip up.
Not too crazy about text speak but it makes sense if you are using a phone screen and not a keyboard and are young enough to understand it.

My crap sense of humour I'm afraid, sorry about that.
