could be a sticky caliper/pad binding as you load it up, a wheel bearing, worn track rod/end, have also come across a damaged CV on a d/shaft that caused very strange handling issues and took some finding................

Could be a worn track rod end or worn bush,I had the same problem with my old Legacy GTB & it was the ball joints on the track rod ends,I also have the same problem with my Bugeye WRX,have had the track rod ends replaced but I still have the problem although its a little better now,we think it might be the rear bushes in the wishbone as there is a little bit of play in them, hopefully when I buy my ALK it will fix the issue.

Thanks for replys it not that extreme but it actually does ehen I'm parked up just turn it half a lock right hand down hold it there the wheel rotates not a lot but on its own side to side
