My front two are looking a bit dodgy.
Need to replace them - I have been told that Potenza S02 are no longer in production and I should go with S03 (£116 ea + vat + fitting etc) Good deal or Rob Dog ?????

I have SO3 (Pole Position) just fitted last week. Seems OK but will be in a better position to comment after a few more miles and a trip to TSL for geom and suss work.

don't mix tyres front to rear as four wheel drive needs all four to have the same grip characteristics to handle properly

Put the balding ones on the back for a while till you wear the fronts down, then change all 4.

goodyear eagle f1's are pretty cool - found that they give out less tramlining than the standard fits

Had S03pp's fitted to mine about 3 weeks ago, replacing existing S02pp's. Seem pretty good so far, they don't seem to skirm as much as I had heard they did.

Compound seems quite soft though so not sure they're gonna last very long!

I paid £395 all in for mine, which is a bargain. Total Tyres in Binfield (near Bracknell, Berks) supplied and fitted.

Michelin Pilot Sports.

Absolutely fan-bloody-tastic.

But £170 a corner for the 225/40 18s on mine

S-03s

the grip stays with you till they are gone...other tyres have a more dramatic preformance drop off. great in the wet AND dry. stuff the price, it's the only thing between you and the road in the end.
