Default Brembo trouble

I have just upgraded to Brembo front and rear. Could anyone shed any light on why two sets of disks and pads cause similar trouble the first set started juddering the pedal and the steering wheel new pads front and rear new disks front used rear I had rear bias at first but constant juddering so changed for new pads and grooved disks front and rear and still juddering pedal and steering wheel and not quite the bite I thought I would get I'm stuck as these cost a lot of money and I don't feel they are any better than the Subaru 4 pots

Firstly, did you ensure that the disc to hub contact surface and the disc inner contact to hub were SCRUPULOUSLY clean and rust free? Even a slight amount of deposit left can cause vibration. Use a scaper blade and emery cloth the clean both before fitting, smear with a little copper grease.

Secondly, what discs and pads are you using?

To give you an example, my FRONT Brembos came from Ian Godney at Godspeed, with his two-part discs. No problems whatsoever.
My rears were from GradeA breakers, with the discs they were on when removed, plus new pads from a local factor, again no probs.

Doesn't mean squat.

I'd be inclined to remove the discs and have a look.

You don't say WHAT discs/pads you are using? Not cheap Chinese e-bay specials?

Almost certainly NOT the discs and pads then.

Have you looked for deposits on the discs? These can be cayused by light use, (they don't get scrubbed off), or have you tracked the car?

Finally, you aren't one of these morons who sits at lights etc with his foot on the brakes, are you? (Not saying you are a moron, but people who do this are). I ask, since that can cause warping.
