Default PIRELLIS OR YOKOAMAS ?

Hi, had my 2003 sti just over 2 years , i have always used the pirelli p zero rosso that were on the 18in oz/prodrive wheels when i bought it, but am now thinking about the yokoama parada ,has anyone tried them as i would like any info on tyre noise ,ride + handling and expected mileage, have been happy with pirelli but fancy a change ,cheers.

Pricey but popular (if tricky in the wet), try Elite Direct for Vredestein ultrac sessantas...

Default ULTRAC'S

Thanks for that mate, looked up the ultracs on a site i found , www.tyrereviews.co.uk and very good reveiws on them ,not many seem to rate the pirellis and as you said the paradas are scary in the wet and go off quick.

I'd put Rossos on teh same level as Parada's Both good in teh dry. Pirelli better wearing.

But both not good in the cold and damp. Both can be had very cheap for branded tyres, (Ignore RRP,) so you get what you pay for (better than nankangs though )
