Default SLOW puncture @ the rim!!!

I noticed i ve got a slow puncture.
Today i pumped it up to 38psi and put the whole wheel in my bath!!!
Slowly bubbles were coming out at the rim of the tyre/wheel!!!!(where the tyre rim to the alloy rim. Tyre and alloy has no signs of damage or gaps!!
Anyone had same problem in the past?? what can be done? can it be repaired? It is just need re-sealing??!!!

it is probably corosion or laquer flaking on the sealing area of the rim.
take it to a tyre place they can wire brush the rim and refit the tyre using a rim sealent instead of the normal tyre fitting soap.used it before loads of times on alloy wheels and it works fine
