Question Best Tyres

Well now that my sh*tty Toyo T1-R's only lasted 4 months and 2000miles of easy driving, Im on the look out for some replacements.

Any idea whats the best?
Im after some in the size 215/35/18

I have been told to try Pirelli as they tend to last pretty well. Anybody have experiences with them?

What models it on, I can't fault the RE070s on the newage - grip levels are astonishing.

Sounds like there is something wrong with your setup mate!

I have had some T1-R's for about 12 months now on my Spec C. Done about 8k on them and ran them (same set) at this years SSO in the wet and won! And... they still have 5mm of thread on them (measured them yesterday).

Some people have other thoughts on these, but I find they give excellent grip and wear levels on the road.

I should have said it the rears that haven't lasted. Fronts are fine.
I have a Type-R and drive with the diff all the way back, but surely that couldnt eat them that much????
Its not as If I've been drifting in it!
