dependant on application, yes...............however, life, friction, etc. are far exceeded over ds2500 so "value for money" is probs similiar............
depends on the use you are intending and your driving style as this will affect your choice (in an ideal world) more than cost diff..........

rs19 is the "endurance" style pad range.....................after further development they have managed to get similiar (if not more) life and more friction o/all from a variation of rs19.........this is now rs29!!
they do both types side by side due to people having differing preferences on how the pad bites and how easy it is to modulate (the rs29 being the more aggressive of the two)
hope this helps, alyn

right after a good weekend giving them a good thrashing I can say those rs29s are good - dunno why they say they the 29s are agressive - I found they needed a fair push to get some decent stopping power - but they were very consistent, no softening at all, even with use that would melt the ds2500s - good when cold too - recommended

"aggressive" in relation to rs19.............and the "people" that generally had this opinion were leading teams in the 24hr Le Mans event, they might know a little about their cars needs!! LOL.................
did you bed them in correctly as they should have almost instant pedal response, either that or you may have poor fluid due to age or over-use??
certainly will be far more responsive than say the ds2500 you have used before

I gave the same weekend test to EBC Yellow's in my AP's as Warrenm2 & they to performed excellently. Good cold bite, I may even leave them in rather than putting my redstuff ceramics back.
