What tyre sizes fit????
I'm looking for advise from people who have fitted non standard tyres to a set of 18 inch rims.
I've bought a set of 18 x 7.5 inch et45mm rims and am looking to increase the rolling radius of the wheels. So, I don't want to fit the standard 35 series profile. I'd prefer at least 40 or preferably 45 series tyres (the car is a Type R so is low geared and the speedo reads 10% high).
Do we know what will and won't fit. Others must have had a simillar experience!
Help always appreciated.

Thanks, but I really needed to know about what will fit under the arches, i.e. what will strike the strut or arch.
Is there no one who has had this problem? I really don't think that I'm the first.
