Please could someone advise in two areas of a purchase I'd like to make. Halfords are doing a wheel tyre package at the moment for £576. 17" Fox 3 evo's in subaru gold, with 205/40x17 Hankooks on them. Does this sound any good, and will they fit straight onto a MY97 (ifnot what sizes will). Many thanks, Matti.

No idea if that's good or not. You'd need to check the size of the alloy and the offset to check if it will fit a 97 Impreza.

Revolution are doing a set of Stilauto SR500 7x17 ET48(Subaru fitment) for £599.
That includes 215/40 Hankooks, wheels nut and locks

I just ordered 215/40 17 with superleggaras from halfords...£799.

That's for a classic btw, bug eye etc are different.

trying to sort out one for Halfords superleggaras.
i have 215/40/17 superturisimos on my MY00 with 335mm godspeed brake conversion ,so they should go on MY97 no problems.
a mate has just fitted a set of superleggaras with 215/40/17
to his My00 Wagon no problems.

thanks guys. As above really.....Everyone happy with the halfords Hankook choice of rubber. I asked and they couldn't supply any other tyres on the rims.

See my thread ‘Hancook Tyres... any good??’ in this forum. Looking at Halfords deals as well for the misses Focus and was concerned all the wheel/tyre packages came with cr@p rubber. Looks as though I was wrong about Hankook though - getting the thumbs up on my thread
