Bugger.
Picked up largish nail in front offside tyre this morning on way to work. Even heard the pshhhhht as it went in (window open).
Question is, if tyre needs replaced (which I will be happier with than repair), where to put it.
Don't think one part worn (8,000 mls)and one new on the front is a very clever idea
Was going to swap fronts to rear and put new tyre on the back, that way having two evenly matched tyres on the front (albeit then having two less evenly matched tyres on the back).
Obvious choice is to get two new tyres, but car is on a personal lease deal through work and leasing co won't spring to two tyres (unless anyone can come up with good argument )
Any ideas?
