AP4pots for WRX 03 previously on MY98???

Please help me I have just bought 330mm AP 4pot kit with hoses to fit on my WRX MY03 which where taken off MY98 will the hoses be the same or will I need to buy new ones for my WRX03. Please Please let me know.

I should think the braided hoses should be the same Peter.

Thanks for your response, nice to meet you at Elvington, sorry you where pipped at the post. I was going to ask pulleyn,s but thought I may get mislead, the reason for this enquiry is that the suppliers quote different parts and prices for each version ie classic and current. Didnt want to try to fit them and find out hoses wont reach or are too long etc, do you know anybody who has fitted AP,s to an 03 or bugeye.

sorry, but the hoses are not the same, the bit that fixes to the strut is different, goodridge do make the right kit though, don't ask me for part numbers, I ain't that clever!!

Hi Ron,

Thanks for the info thought it might not be that simple, do the hoses need changing or will exiting fit or maybe that really is a dum question!!!

If the end of the hose that fits the caliper is the same as the standard ones, then you could use them, but you'd be better off getting the right kit, AP's and rubber hoses is a bit silly really!!

you can always cable tie the braided hoses to the strut where it clips in, works just as well
