I went TSL motorsport group N discs, Ferodo DS2500 pads and Goodridge brakelines. All in all a very good upgrade retaining the original 4 pots on my type r. Also consider Pagid discs and pads, give AS Perfomance a shot for these.

What about Godspeed 335mm Big Brake Kit?? This kit uses your original 4 pots, seperate discs n bells etc - and looks the Badgers Nadgers!!! See the links to the group buy and to Godspeeds web site. Theres also a group buy on at moment!! (£525 instead of £595)DS2500's an extra £30.
Like most things brakes are subjective - it depends what you want to do with your car and of course how much you gota spend!!
I cant really comment on first hand experience coz i aint fitted my 335mm kit yet? I did a search on ScoobyNet - Theres loads of information and views etc..

well they would crack if that nutter was using them! seriously I got offered the tarox ceramic from Glen when they first come out for next to nothing as he needed a normal type of test for the road (not a track nut like him)but had to refuse due to just purchasing a Godspeed 4 pot kit (which is absolutely superb).I drove his 22B when he got it and it had the tarox brakes on and I could not believe the amount of stopping power it had as they could lock up the wheels with real ease and we both agreed that they were better than the 10 pot kit he had on before. If money is no problem I would now go for these but if you want value for money you cant go wrong with the godspeed kit.
