Need to replace a tyre on the P1, but seen as I've done nearly 20k on the P-zeros, thoought about changing the full set.

Checked some threads thru search and general opinion is that its either Toyos or F1s.

Any advice for P1 would be great, also best place in Leeds or Bradford to get them. I need them today as need to be in Liverpool tomorrow.

cheers

Either are good, toyos are cheaper and don't last as well. Your choice really. I'm currently running toyos but still miss my S02's

Cheers FB

What are S02s ?

Also are they different versions of the F1 or just one now.

I've had price of £470 for F1s for 4 and a price of £350 for Toyo

SO2's are bridgestones, replaced with SO3's now. I've got Toyo's as well. Wouldn't mind either Toyos or Goodyear F1's though

Is it worth the extra £120 on getting F1s over Toyos - not heard about Toyos not lasting too long, guess that comes down to how hard you drive them ....

Ash,

Your being over charged for the F1's. i paid recently £400 all in for F1's on my P1. Local dealer recently charged a mate £380 for the same!! I'd have a phone a round if i were you..

F1's are excellent..

Steve.

Steve

yes I was, but now I have shopped around, got them four F1s for £310, delivered, fitting, balancing will be extra for me, but still saving at least a ton !!

Still I was looking at buying the 1 pirelli as I got a puncture, but now shelled out £350 instead. Amazing how much this car is costing me.....

Yep, first Impreza was McRae some 5 years ago now (had for 3.5 years), second P1.

One kind of gets a numb feeling after so many years....

Brett, no they are coming from Hampshire, the chap is David and number is 01730 233700,mention my name (Ash) as have recommended others from work as his prices are good. Next day delivery, so you have to arrange for fitting, but even so will save you loads. In the end I changed from 205s to 215/40/17 on the P1.

BTW - he is a provider through Scoobynet shop so he is genuine
