Discovered a slow puncture in my left rear a week or 2 ago, and finally got round to changing it last night. Found THREE nails in it[img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
So, what recommendations do you guys have, it's the standard S-turbo 215/60R16 Geolandar G035. I'm looking at getting 2 road tyres with good wet weather performance and wear. It never snows here, and off-road grip isn't vital either.
Yes, I know I should do all 4 but I don't have the money, so I'll keep the best 2 and ditch the punctured one and the worst other one.
PS. If you have the disc-like steel spare then be warned that the anti-theft nut won't screw down tight enough to hold it securely, you'll have to swop it with one of the normal nuts off another wheel.
PPS. I know I could search, but there hasn't been a tyre thread in a while and new tyres come out all the time.
PPPS. I'm not going lower profile due to driving up kerbs all the time as the roads are so narrow here.

If you're interested I'm selling four good condition Falken GRB FK451's - 225/55/16 (the same rolling diameter). They came off a Forester but I wanted just the rims for our winter tyres. We live near Brentwood in Essex.

Also, your forester is an import without self-levelling rear struts if I remember rightly? Has anyone else fitted this size on a UK forester with self-levelling struts?
