Afternoon all,

Can anybody suggest a reputable and reliable place to get a new tyre in the bracknell or ascot area?

Thanks

David

Yup, Bracknell Tyre & Battery for me. They've just quoted me prices cheaper than I've seen on mytyres.net for F1 GS-D3s - and that's including vat, fitting, valves etc.

Get a price off Bracknell tyre and Battery then call Humphries tyres in Market street. They will beat it and then play them off each other, you will get sheds loads off.

I'll give it a go.. Profit margins must be pretty good on tyres...

Got my F1s from Bracknell Tyres this week -- 215/40/17 for £94 all in. Tried to play the "beat the other guy's price game" but the problem is that nobody seems to have the new shape F1s (D3) at the moment. Got lots of quotes for D2s. All other places were a lot more expensive on D3s (e.g. Kwik Fit @ £160 per corner!!!).

I hope I haven't paid over the current going rate...

Thumbs up

I second EVOVI - that's what I did last time round and saved a fortune on the new F1's that had just been released. I ended up with Humphries and they were the cheapest, and could get the tyres in next day.
