Default Juddering under braking (not ABS)

So I've a strange one hopefully someone can recommend something for me to look at. I have a 08 Hatch STi. I had my brakes vibrating really bad when they got warm - so much so that the sun visor would come down. I booked in with a local Subaru specialist and he replaced the brake discs and pads.He used discs that he uses on his track car and Performance Friction pads - these are more track than road as when you first apply the brakes they are very weedy until they get a little heat in them. All was well for 2-3 months until last night when I had a bit of a mini rally stage on a back road once the brakes got nice and toasty again this vibration started but is inconsistent.

I'm reluctant to replace the discs and pads again as the total cost for just the fronts was around £350 in parts alone.

Is there a chance that the issue could be with a rubber bushing somewhere and as the car is pushed harder the bushing heats up and becomes weaker?

I've also made sure that when I come to a stop I immediately apply the handbrake and I'm not sitting with hot pads pushing up against hot discs.. Also fully cool down about two miles from home at the same time I'm letting the engine/turbo cool

Hard to tell without driving it but sounds to me like the discs cant handle the heat cycles.
